Setting up an AI Assistant

Welcome to the guide on how to integrate Neexa AI into your website and other channels to automate your sales process effortlessly.

Step 1: Create Your Neexa Account​

Before you can start integrating the Neexa AI Assistant, you’ll need to sign up for an account.

  1. Visit Neexa Sign-Up.
  2. Follow the instructions to create your account.
  3. After logging in, you'll get access to your Assistant ID and other credentials needed for integration.

Step 2: Integrate Neexa with Your Website​

Neexa can easily be integrated into your website, WhatsApp, or other social media platforms. Here’s how to get started:

Add Neexa to Your Website​

  1. Obtain your Assistant ID from the Neexa Dashboard.

  2. Use the provided JavaScript SDK or REST API to add Neexa to your website.

Integrate with WhatsApp or Social Media​

For WhatsApp, Instagram, facebook, email and others use the integration feature available in the Neexa Dashboard. You’ll need to:
