Setting up an AI Assistant

Step 1: Create Your Neexa Account

Before you can start integrating the Neexa AI Assistant, you’ll need to sign up for an account.

  1. Visit Neexa Sign-Up.
  2. Follow the instructions to create your account.
  3. After logging in, you'll get access to your Assistant ID and other credentials needed for integration.

Step 2: Integrate Neexa with Your Website

Neexa can easily be integrated into your website, WhatsApp, or other social media platforms. Here’s how to get started:

Add Neexa to Your Website

  1. Obtain your Assistant ID from the Neexa Dashboard.

  2. Use the provided JavaScript SDK or REST API to add Neexa to your website.

Integrate with WhatsApp or Social Media

For WhatsApp, Instagram, facebook, email and others use the integration feature available in the Neexa Dashboard. You’ll need to:
