The Neexa AI Database Section lists the data that has been specifically configured for collection through the Automations/Database Settings section. Only the data that you’ve set to collect is listed, ensuring that the information is relevant and tailored to your needs.

What the Neexa AI Database Section Covers

The database sections displays a list of user data collected based on the settings you’ve defined in the Inbox->Automations->Database Settings section. This ensures that only the necessary data, as determined by you, is gathered and stored for later use.

1. Collect Data Based on Your Settings

Neexa AI agent will collect the data from the user that you’ve specified. This includes:

  • Specific User Inputs: Any custom fields or user inputs you’ve chosen to collect. This approach ensures a clear focus on the data you deem necessary.

2. Organize the Data

The collected data is listed along with its source and date of collection. This allows you to quickly retrieve and manage the data for use in automation or analysis.

  • Secure Data Handling: Only the data you've selected is collected, ensuring compliance with your data management policies.

3. Retrieve and Use the Data

You can easily access the data that’s been collected:

  • Date Filter: Use the date range filter to to locate specific records or data points over time.
  • Data Export: Export the data in CSV format for analysis or further processing.
